Hello and a warm welcome to my website. I’m Emma, a qualified and professional massage therapist experienced in providing tailored holistic massage treatments for the reduction of pain, to restore function together with general relaxation and stress relief. I also offer Reiki energy healing for well-being and bringing your body back into balance. I’m qualified at BTEC Level 6 in Advanced Clinical and Sports massage, VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage and Reiki Master Level. I can assist with a variety of conditions such as tension headaches, lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, and stress relief.
Treatments are provided in my beautifully tranquil therapy room and this space provides a lovely setting for you to relax and unwind.
I aim to provide you with excellent service, ongoing tailored treatments and leave you feeling restored, rejuvenated and ready to continue with everyday life after each appointment. Here is my price list, more details of each treatment are explained on the 'massages' or 'reiki' pages of the website. Prices are increasing from January 2024 and these are the new prices.

About my training and qualifications
I originally qualified in VTCT Level 3 Swedish Massage in 2013 and have continued to learn and grow since then with additional massage courses. Swedish massage is the foundation for most massage training and this type of massage uses gentle and flowing strokes with the focus on relaxation of mind and body. Additional courses I have attended include Hot Stones, Pregnancy Massage and Deep Tissue to name a few.
In 2021, I passed the 3 year BTEC level 6 Professional Diploma in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapies with the highly respected training school Jing Massage in Brighton.
The course covered body anatomy, pathologies, pain conditions, trigger points, myofascial work, stretching, Amma (an Eastern technique) and detailed protocols for treating pain. Using the ‘Jing Method’ protocols to treat pain and my elevated knowledge this has helped me treat clients appropriately.
I am also trained in the traditional Usui Reiki natural healing practice to Master level (Shinpiden). I originally studied in the western practice of Reiki and after a few years of giving treatments went on to deepen my knowledge with courses run by Reiki Evolution covering both western and the original eastern practices attaining the Master Level. I really enjoy giving these treatments and seeing the results clients achieve with them.
I am insured with Balens Insurance and a current member of the Complementary Health Professionals (CHP).
