Reiki: 60 minutes - £50
This is a non-intrusive treatment working on the energy levels within your mind, body and spirit. Originating from Japan, the word Reiki is most often translated to mean ‘Universal life force energy’.
We all have energy flowing within our body and through our seven major Chakras and this flow can become unbalanced or blocked due to stress, negative thoughts or illness. The energy flow around our physical bodies is called Aura. During your treatment, energy is drawn into your body where needed in order to restore balance and well-being and moves any energy blockages that have formed. Reiki aids the body’s own natural healing ability and encourages deep relaxation.
Whilst receiving Reiki, you may feel warmth, tingling, see colours or just feel deeply relaxed. The treatment is carried out lying down or seated and fully clothed, with hands being gently placed on, or near the body, in a sequence of hand positions.
Standard Treatment - 60 minutes - £50
Starting from the top of your head down to your feet, including your seven major Chakras, I use both standard hand positions and scanning to ensure the energy flows where it is needed most.
Receiving three initial treatments close together helps deal with specific problems. The first treatment tends to go to the root of the problem, the second brings it to the surface and the third helps to clear it from your body.

Back Massage and Reiki - £55
30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage and 30 minute Reiki treatment focusing primarily on cleansing your seven major Chakras.
