Terms and Conditions
Thank you for taking the time to read these terms and conditions.
1. I request at least 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment in order that I can refill it. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time 50% of the appointment cost will become payable if I an unable to fill your slot.
2. If you do not arrive for your appointment without any notice 50% of the appointment cost will be payable before another booking can be made.
3. A Consultation will always be carried out on your first visit requesting your personal details and medical history. This is a requirement of my insurance and ensures treatments can be carried out safely for you. Your sensitive data will not be shared with anyone else without your prior consent and will be locked away.
4. Treatments may need to be postponed if a GP referral is required for a current medical condition following the initial Consultation.
5. Treatment may be refused or stopped at my discretion.
6. Payment must be made at the time of treatment and is accepted by card, cash, cheque or internet transfer.
7. Treatments are non-refundable.
8. If you arrive late for your appointment, I may not be able to provide you with the full treatment time.
9. For mobile appointments, I will travel within 8 miles of Bursledon. The minimum treatment time booked must be 45 minutes. Additional time is required to set up and take down the equipment required for your appointment.
10. Mobile appointments will incur an additional £10 charge to cover travel time and expenses.
11. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months, are non-refundable and must be presented as payment when they are redeemed.
